Our education controlling covers the cyclical process, beginning with the survey of educational needs and planning, through the development of educational measures, to the differentiated measurement of success in central fields. We focus on an ideal cost-benefit ratio and the learning transfer achieved, i.e. the implementation of what has been learned at the workplace.
